Edible Schubert, anyone?

Okay, maybe not exactly edible Schubert, but a Franz Schubert chocolate wrapper from Vienna.
The first thing I did was to identify the music: Die Forelle, or The Trout, Op. 32 D550.
I think I'm going crazy. :P
